Our supervisors and management
team are bilingual, well trained, and have many years experience in managing
employees and providing excellent customer service. All EMS employees are
honest, reliable, courteous, and friendly.
Our quality assurance
structure consists of a three level management structure. In order to keep
all of our facilities at the highest standards supervision is the key. EMS
has a dedicated route supervisor who visits each facility in his area daily.
Above our route supervisor is the area manager who visits all facilities on
a weekly basis. Our operations manager will also visit each facility on a
monthly basis. Meetings are held daily between the operations manager, the
area mangers, and route managers to ensure that every building we service is
in excellent condition.
